Membership Contest!

Everyone who buys a membership to the Waterville Opera House at $30 per membership, likes us on Facebook, follows us on Twitter or signs up to be on the Waterville Opera House electronic newsletter list will automatically be entered into the contest. No purchase is necessary to win a prize.  All entries will qualify through close of business at 4pm on September 3, 2014. Entries can also be submitted by calling (207) 873-7000 weekdays between 11am and 4pm. Winners will be announced on September 4th.

Prizes 

Grand Prize #1: two season’s tickets to every Opera House production throughout the 14-15 season.

Other Prizes: other prizes include signed CD’s, albums and other gifts from artists who performed at the Opera House during the past season. At least 10 other prizes will be awarded.  They include: The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Greatest Hits CD (signed by all the band members; James McMurtry (signed album); Keb Mo The Reflection CD; The Hollows (signed by all the band members); Tom Snow signed CD, Joelle Morris CD, Don Campbell (signed CD), Lunasa (signed CD),  and Jonathan Edwards (signed CD) and Hot Tuna (signed T-shirt).

 Ticketing Policy

  • The weekday box office is located at The Center, 93 Main Street, Third Floor, Waterville. Office hours are 11:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
  • The box office before performances is located on the first floor of City Hall, 1 Common Street, one hour prior to show time.
  • Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
  • There is a $5.00 service fee per online or phone transaction.
  • Unless specifically noted, senior prices begin at age 60; youth prices end at age 16. Children ages 2 and up require tickets.
  • Accessible seating is available ONLY on the orchestra level. The elevator does not access balcony seating.
  • If ordered online or over the phone, tickets will be retained at the box office until the day of the performance. We do not mail tickets. Tickets may be picked up in advance of the performance during our regular box office hours.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show for a $2.00 per ticket charge.
  • Group discounts are available for 10 or more. Please call the box office to reserve group tickets.
  • Opera House members enjoy a 10% discount on all Opera House events and advance notice of upcoming events. Call the box office for more details.
  • For most performances, the house will open for seating 30 minutes before show time.
  • Our productions are intended to appeal to a broad age range. Not every event is suitable for all ages. Please consider your child’s maturity, attention span, interest, and ability to sit still before purchasing tickets.
